Think of me as your calm, steady companion on this incredible journey. I’m here to offer you loving support - physically, emotionally, and with gentle guidance - before, during, and after your baby’s arrival. My role is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you make choices that honor your heart and body.
Not at all. Your medical team takes care of your health and your baby’s health, and I’m here solely for your comfort and peace of mind. Together, we create a circle of support around you, each with a special role.
Usually, we’ll start meeting in the last trimester, around 28 to 32 weeks. This gives us time to connect, explore your hopes and fears, and prepare your heart and mind for the journey ahead.
We’ll have at least two visits before your baby arrives - a time to get to know each other, talk through your birth wishes, and make space for your questions and feelings.
Yes, wherever you choose to welcome your baby, I’ll be by your side - holding space for you, helping you stay grounded, and reminding you of your strength throughout labor and delivery.
Your partner is part of this sacred team. I’ll support them too - encouraging, guiding, and offering quiet moments for them to breathe and gather strength.
Sometimes labor moves quickly, and while I’ll do everything I can to be there, things don’t always go as planned. We’ll talk through backup options so you always have the support you need.
Yes, I do. If meeting in person isn’t possible or if you prefer the comfort of your own space, I offer virtual support through video calls or phone check-ins. This includes virtual doula support during labor, where I can guide you and your partner with encouragement, comfort techniques, and reassurance - no matter the distance. I’m here to walk alongside you with care and presence, wherever you are.
Absolutely. Whether you want support just for a specific part of your journey - like birth planning, postpartum help, or a one-time conversation - I offer stand-alone sessions tailored to what you need. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.
Yes, I’m here in those first tender weeks, offering gentle support as you settle into motherhood - whether you need breastfeeding guidance, answers to your questions, or simply someone to listen with a caring heart.

Life is full of surprises, and I get that. Just give me as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or change things. Your retainer holds your spot but can be transferred if you reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.
To save your place, a non-refundable retainer is due when we begin working together, with the remainder due before your due date. If money feels tight or life feels complicated, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll find a way that feels right for you.
Many families find that sharing their desire for doula or nesting support with loved ones is a meaningful way to receive both practical help and heartfelt encouragement. You might consider including contributions toward these services on your baby shower registry, setting up a support fund, or exploring other creative options that feel right for you.
At this time, I do not accept insurance directly. However, some clients are able to submit receipts for reimbursement through their insurance provider’s flexible spending accounts (FSA) or health savings accounts (HSA). I’m happy to provide detailed invoices or receipts to support this process if it’s an option for you.
