As your Sibling Doula, I offer gentle guidance and loving care to your older children—helping them navigate this momentous change with understanding, excitement, and reassurance. From preparing their hearts for the birth to offering a steady presence during labor, I help weave them into the story of this new life with patience and tenderness.

I hold space for their feelings, ensure they feel seen and heard, and remind them that they are just as deeply loved in this season of change. By offering reassurance, comfort, and care, I help your little ones step into this transition with tenderness and peace.

- Complimentary “Get-to-know-you” visit (Up to 2 Hours)
- Before the big day, we’ll set aside time to gently connect with your child(ren) so I’m a familiar, trusted presence when birthing day arrives. You’re welcome to stay home during this time or use it to run errands, rest, or simply take a breath.
- On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks
- From 38 weeks onward, I’ll be ready to join your family as soon as labor begins - day or night, at your home or chosen birthing place - so your children are cared for with attentiveness and ease.
- Up to 12 hours of continuous care on birthing day
- I’ll be present with your child(ren) throughout labor and the early postpartum hours - offering gentle play, reassurance, age appropriate explanation of labor, and loving connection while you focus on bringing new life into the world.
- If your birth journey extends beyond 12 hours, additional time is available at the reduced rate of $35/hour. Should I need to call in trusted back-up support for longer labors, you can rest assured: your children will always be in warm, capable hands.
- Larger families: To ensure thoughtful, personalized care, families with more than one child will have a small additional fee of +$5/hour per additional child.
